Project : Lydia

My music draws largely from European tradition, with melodies playing a central role. It incorporates an improvised dimension which, while remaining faithful to its roots, explores spaces of freedom and instant creation. Rooted in Western heritage, it flirts with the spirit of jazz while remaining distinct. Also inspired by the structure of song, but without lyrics, it creates a unique dialogue between spontaneity, rich melodic lines and classical forms, offering a both timeless and innovative musical experience.” Johan Dupont
